OSRAM has developed an Electronic Low Voltage Downlight Kit featuring the NEW DECOSTAR Energy Saver which is 30% more economical than standard halogen dichroic lamps due to the special Infra Red Coating on the lamp bulb.

The outstanding feature of the innovative DECOSTAR Energy Saver lamp is the increased luminous efficiency - i.e. the same amount of light is produced using less power, therefore saving energy i.e. 35W gives the equivalent of 50W output. They also cut down on air conditioning costs, because the lower power consumption generates less heat, and therefore reduces the cooling requirement.

This means money in your pocket - without compromising brilliant light.The lamp provides an extremely high level of light intensity and colour constancy over their entire life of 5,000 hours!
